BAR CLOSED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – BAR AND KITCHEN NOW CLOSED 

Following the Government announcement re the closure of public houses and restaurants, the Committee, has decided to close the upstairs of the clubhouse with immediate effect. Therefore the bar and kitchen are no longer accessible.Social play is permitted provided social distancing ls observed and the downstairs of the clubhouse is accessible by smart card between 9am – 8,30pm so members have access to lights, toilets and showers ( more below).

Again, members are requested to adhere to the advice and precautions on Covid 19 as published by the Government and health experts. Some useful links:

CLUB OPENING INFORMATION

  1. Normal social play – The normal playing of social games can continue on the basis that members are aware of and observe the above advice from the HSE and Government i.e. if you have a fever or cough you should not come to the club. Other members can play on the basis that social distancing and prevention advice are observed.
  2. The downstairs of the clubhouse is accessible by smart card between 9am – 8.30pm approximately .
  3. Club office – will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays 9am – 2pm and Thursday evenings 7-9pm until further notice. Phone number 01-2876505 or email admin@greystonesltc.ie

BOOKINGS, JOINING and PAYMENTS

  1. Junior coaching bookings and payments for this term are being accepted online on www.smartclubcloud.com
  2. Easter Camps Bookings – scheduled from 6 April to 17 April  are open at this time but remain under review.
  3. The Greystones Senior Open is open for entries online. – due to take place over the May Bank Holiday weekend remains scheduled at this time.
  4. Membership payments, top ups, green fees etc – accepted online on www.smartclubcloud.com and in the office at appropriate times.
  5. The club draw can be joined online and is open to members and non-members of Greystones LTC. There is an opportunity of winning €1k per draw (6 per year) or winning attendance prizes. Further information on the club draw.
  6. New members can join Greystones LTC online.

CANCELLED UNTIL AT LEAST 29 MARCH under GOVERNMENT ADVICE

  1. All junior and adult coaching, matchplays, Miss Hits, cardio tennis.
  2. All leagues and other competitions.
  3. All adult and junior social tennis and other social events.
  4. Third party events such as Boogie Bounce held in the clubhouse.
