Our 2023 AGM will take place Sunday March 26th at 7pm. We are excited that this year’s AGM returns to in-person in the clubhouse.
All paid-up general members are encouraged to attend the AGM and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
Committee Nominations
If any general member is interested in joining the Committee, please use a nomination form, and return by email to secretary@greystonesltc.ie on or before Thursday 16th March i.e. at least ten days before the date of the AGM. If required, digital signatures or separate emails by the proposer, seconder and nominated individual can be sent to secretary@greystonesltc.ie confirming the nomination. Participating in the committee is a great way to give back to the club and we encourage all members to consider joining the committee.
Motions
A general member is entitled to have a motion to amend the Constitution included on the agenda of the AGM. The Constitution is on available via www.smartclubcloud.com under PREFERENCES. Please send notice of any motion, by email to secretary@greystonesltc.ie at least fourteen days before the date of the AGM i.e. on or before Sunday 12th March. The seconder can advise of their support of the proposal by email.
